A social world you can return to
Yabs keeps your character, friends and activities in one connected world. Start beside the Central Plaza fountain, walk into the Galleria, visit the pet shop or head to the athletics field. You can spend a session exploring or return to improve a skill and catch up with people you have met.
It is a good fit if you want a social hangout with activities around you. It is a smaller, early-access game: it does not offer Roblox Studio, public game publishing or a catalog of Roblox experiences. Read the Roblox vs Yabs comparison for the differences.
What can you actually play?
- Timed laps: stay in the track lanes and compete for a personal best.
- Long Jump: run toward the sand, jump before the white line, then press again on the gold landing marker. Precise takeoff and landing inputs preserve your distance.
- Gardening: train from level 1 to 99, plant crops, complete nursery jobs and fill market orders. Watered plants keep growing while you are offline.
- Avatar fashion: customize your character, approach clothing stands and preview outfits from your inventory.
- Pets: browse Paws & Company and equip a companion to follow you around town.

No download: what you still need
Yabs runs directly in a modern desktop or mobile browser with WebGL support and an internet connection. Create an account to save your character and progress. The world still downloads its graphics and game assets through the browser, so allow time for the initial loading screen; no-download does not mean no loading or offline play.
Use click-to-walk or WASD on desktop, and the joystick on mobile. Device performance and connection quality affect the experience. If you were looking for Roblox itself through now.gg, this is a different game, not a Roblox launcher or cloud-streaming service.
Free play, optional purchases and chat
Joining and exploring Yabs are free. Optional clothes, accessories and pets use Yabits; credit packs are available in the wallet. Yabits are separate from Robux, and neither currency transfers between the games.
For regular accounts, text chat requires age 13+ and a verified email. Voice and video require age 18+, a verified email and the relevant browser permissions. Account restrictions or a pending staff age review can limit communication. A microphone and camera are optional for exploring and playing. See how proximity voice works before choosing a chat mode.
Try your first session
- Create your account and choose a look in the character studio.
- Open the map and pick the track, Garden District or Galleria.
- Try one activity, then return to the plaza or park to meet people.
